Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

1. All deposits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Party dates and times can be changed subject to availability, provided that original party date is more than 3 weeks away.

3. All outside food brought into the premises must remain in the party room and only be consumed during party room time. (This is because it creates extra clean-up in the café area which staff may not have time for and food is often tracked into our play area.) Outside food brought into the Café area will incur an extra £30 clean-up charge.

4. No drinks, with the exception of drinks for children, should be brought into the premises. Doing so will incur a cover charge. Children’s drinks should be left in the party room.
